Last night the Hoos picked up their second commitment of the class of 2013 in 6-6 280 pound offensive tackle Sadiq Olanrewaju from Salisbury, Connecticut. In addition to immediately having the best name on the team Olanrewaju has tremendous potential as a football player, and even more as a person. Olanrewaju is exactly the kind of player this coaching staff seems to be targetting, as he seems extremely focused on not only football, but academics in college as well. While he is an extremely high character kid that by no means dimishes his talent. UVA coaches have compared his skill set to D'Brickashaw Ferguson and our own Kendall Howell has said he is Branden Albert 2.0, high praise for a kid. Olanrewaju projects as a tackle but has the ability to really play anywhere on the line. His position will be determined based on other lineman coming on board. But for now let's celebrate his commitment! Welcome aboard Sadiq!
