SUPERMAN (and other stuff)

I've got a few quick things to share with you this morning...

#1 -- One of the best fan videos I've ever seen.  Big propers to the man, myth, and legend known as "Kraken."

#2 -- A fun (yet thought-provoking) piece from Bleacher Report:
10 Reasons Why Virginia Will Win the ACC Coastal
(Special thanks to our friend Sparkle for finding this gem!)

#3 -- A excerpt from an interview from receivers coach Shawn Moore, on some of the more unique aspects of Perry Jones' [immense] skill set:

“When I first got here, I really questioned [Perry's] skills at running back.  I thought he was more of a third receiver, kind of a Kris Burd who runs routes inside, kind of a slot receiver.

“[Perry] proved me wrong each and every week because he’s done such a fantastic job as a running back and you see his skills as a receiver now because he’s the team’s second-leading receiver. He catches a lot of footballs.

“At some point, people are going to notice that and take the linebackers off of him and start putting safeties and corners on him. We’ve been fortunate each week because teams have continued to put linebackers on him. That just plays into our offense.

“He can beat any safety, so the fact that you put a linebacker on him, it makes it really tough on that linebacker because he’s so elusive. He can go inside [or] out. He can take you deep. He can run all the routes our receivers run.

“If there’s one most valuable player for the team right now, it’s Perry Jones. Perry’s probably worth several wins on our record right now, just because of the way he’s playing.

“Here’s the thing: He’s probably our best punt-returner and kick-returner but he’s doing so much on the offense right now; we can’t possibly ask him to go back and return kicks.
