At Least Tech has Football

This is my favorite post of the year, that I usually do right before we play Virginia Tech in Basketball, which just happens to be this Sunday. As we all know Virginia Tech has dominated us in football for a while now so this is a bit of a morale booster for our University as a whole. Today we will look at every other sport to see just how reliant on football VT is for their alleged athletic superiority. Here are the records for VT’s other sports from their most recent season:

With the exception of our god awful softball and volleyball team’s we are better, if not much better than Tech at EVERY SPORT. This isn’t even including our perennial powerhouse Swimming, Tennis, and Men’s Lacrosse programs, sports that don’t seem capable of posting an overall record anywhere on either school’s website. So enjoy this time of year UVA fans, and revel in the fact that when we start creeping closer to Tech in football, they’ll have nothing else to point to.

And now this!
