I agree with Pierce, especially if London's on-field chops grow to equalize his recruiting prowess. We can be the better of Clemson in every way except their fan base.

Ways to rise: Beamer rots and Foster stinks, allowing the Hoos' to own the 757 and encroach on the NoVa support they embarrasingly lack. They'd then get a better swath of the DC recruits that leave the area.
Why they'd fall: if Pitt gets a pulse, UNC recovers from the sanctions, and one of the others actually harness their southern recruiting advantages.
